Before drilling, stripping or refilling anything, we find out what's actually going on. Borescope inspection, calibrated thermal imaging and moisture readings give you a proper diagnosis instead of a guess.
Overview
Diagnose first - then decide
Most damp, cold-spot and mould problems in UK homes get misdiagnosed. Rising damp is blamed for what's actually failed cavity insulation. Condensation is blamed for what's actually a bridged wall tie. A proper survey stops you paying for the wrong fix.
We combine a borescope - a tiny camera pushed into the cavity through a discreet hole - with a thermal imaging camera that shows exactly where heat is leaking. Moisture meters confirm whether high readings are surface condensation or a genuine bridging problem.
You get a written report with photos, thermal images and moisture readings. If we recommend work, we tell you exactly what and why. If we don't, we say so - plenty of surveys end with 'you don't need anything doing'.
