Website use

Surveys and quotations

Free surveys are provided on a no-obligation basis. Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information available at the time of survey. Additional works discovered on site may be subject to a revised quotation.

Our services

All works are carried out with reasonable skill and care by qualified operatives. Full details of scope, timescales, payment terms and workmanship guarantees are set out in your individual contract.

Payment

Payment terms will be set out in your quotation and contract. Late payment may attract interest and reasonable recovery costs in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

Cancellation

Consumer clients have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work within that period, you may be liable for a proportionate charge for work already completed.

Guarantees

Workmanship guarantees and, where applicable, manufacturer product warranties are provided in writing on completion. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by third parties, subsequent building works, misuse or lack of reasonable maintenance.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the price paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
